How is the change in PAYE structure affects employees? Is it real benefit to high income earning executives? What concessions Travelling allowance or vehicle provided by the employer will attract or expense to employee? :) :) :)

PAYE threshold was increased to 100,000 but vehicle allowance concessions were removed. So everyone can not expect a benefit, but some will get depend on your earning level. New structure has been defined to add non cash benefit to salaries if company is providing a vehicle to the employee, irrespective of the cost of the facility provided.
